To make the property manager’s job easier, we take out the need for unnecessary follow-ups; by delivering constant updates of all correspondence made directly with the tenants. We guarantee we will contact the tenants within 2 hours after receiving the work order. If contact can not be made, we will leave a message and follow it up the next business day. We value the importance of prompt communication, so our clients will be updated every step of the way, to avoid any unnecessary frustration. As an added service, upon request, we can take before and after photos for record keeping.
